Cat moved to Miami from Denver, Colorado after finishing her studies back in 2010. Fascinated by Miami, she came to believe that this is the best city in the country. The beaches are beautiful and pristine, the climate amazing, the multicultural identity is extremely rich and rewarding and so on. Driven by an authentic passion for achieving the finest results, she offers an exceptional customer experience based on trust, integrity and ethics.
Her career in the Real Estate industry began in the development field as an exclusive in-house sales agent for French-Canadian Developer Jean Francoise Roy at OceanLand Investments. The developer focused on luxury boutique waterfront pre-construction condominiums.
Caterine has been featured in The Real Deal for her most recent sales of Enrique Iglesias former home in Sunset Islands for $13,000,000 Million dollars and the sale Dj Khaled's home in Island Estates, Aventura which sold for $4,800,000 Million.
